Shipping policy

All orders with preorder items, will be sent when the deadline of the preorder is reached. If you want to get other  not preordered items sooner please let us now via message. 

If you need quick delivery (via Inpost or sth) please send us an email with order number ASAP

If you want to have something added to your order don't hesitate to contact us - if it's unfulfilled we can add it and send you additional invoice!

FLAT ITEMS mean A6 prints and stickers ONLY! US shipping is still banned! So FedEX is most reliable if you want the order to be tracked and actually delivered lol

 

We send packages from Poland trough Polish Post. It takes up to one week (7 days) for us to collect, pack and send it for you, but often we do it sooner.

International packages can take up to 30 working days from the moment we send it to reach you, but it depends on your national postal system and if you are in the EU or not (if EU then it should take less, but please take this 30 working days as maximum). 

For domestic shipping - to Poland - Inpost (paczkomat or courier straight to your door) should reach you in 2 working days max.

For international packages, we send them untracked, unless you've chosen different option or your order value is more than ~$35 (~140 PLN). If it exceeds ~140 PLN we will provide tracking number.

For Polish residents, packages can be sent only trough Inpost for now. If your order exceeds 80 PLN (paczkomat) or 120 PLN (Inpost kurier), then shipment is free.

If your order don't reach you in time, please contact us immadiately: papatu.studio@gmail.com No matter if it's tracked or not, we will do everything to help you! Also please don't hesitate to reach us if anything said above it's not clear.
